- TidyCal – for scheduling calls or sessions
- Google Workspace – for managing feedback, peer matching, and documents
Recordings and feedback may be shared only within the program cohort (e.g., in PFSI) for learning purposes. Upon request, recordings can be removed or anonymized in accordance with GDPR.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as needed for the purposes described above:
- Course participation data: up to 1 year after program completion
- Application and feedback forms: up to 1 year unless anonymized
- Billing and payment records: 5 years (as required by Danish law)
You may request deletion of your data at any time unless we are legally required to retain it.

You have the right to:
- Access, update, or delete your personal data
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Object to or restrict processing
- File a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet)
